You will be kept informed on the upcoming shows and clinics held by the NCRCHA.

The Spring Derby Show Bill and Schedule are posted for the May 26-27 show at the Northwest Saddle Club arena in North Branch, MN.  In addition, the club will be asking the participants to pre-register the riders and horses this year.  There are new forms (online or send in) posted on the schedule page.

The pre-registration for the upcoming shows has been updated on the show schedule page.  There is now a pre-registration per event which includes picking the classes you plan to enter.  The registrations are specific to the event and the offered classes.  You will still checkin and pay at the event - and confirm your pre-registered classes.  You will also need to show a copy of your horse registration papers.  You may also update your pre-registered classes if need be at that time.

Go to the schedule page and find the event; there you will find the pre-registration printable form or you can choose to use the online registration - one registration per horse. 

The pre-registration is critical to the success of leveraging the newly purchased HSW software to run the shows.  But, once you have pre-registered either the horse, rider or owner, you only need to supply the names of the individuals on the next registration along with the # of stalls and the classes you intend to enter as the other data on the individuals will already be in the software.
