About the NCRCHA Mission Statement: To promote, provide and achieve quality educational exhibits and events for our members, while creating a positive opportunity to experience the reined cow horse tradition.
The North Central Reined Cow Horse Association was founded in 2001 with the goal of producing National Reined Cow Horse Association sanctioned competitions and events each year. It will also provide a fun “working cow horse” opportunity for all ages and levels of experience to promote breeders of cow and performance horses, as well as preserving the tradition of the western working horse.
The NCRCHA will strive to grow the cow horse industry through the production of added programs, events and competitions. Programs such as the year-end awards program will benefit all levels of riders from professional and non-professionals to beginning youth and adults. Our events are attended by trainers, riders and horses from all of the major equine associations - NRCHA, NRHA, NCHA, AQHA, APHA, ApHC. We offer several events throughout the year, including training clinics, AQHA approved special events, futurity/derby with added money and jackpots. Whether you choose to participate at a competitive level or just want to learn more about the industry, our mission is to meet your needs. The NCRCHA is "Where Fellowship and Horsemanship Come Together!"
